Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the implementation of change initiatives and work closely with clients to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes. You will gain valuable experience in change management methodologies while contributing to the success of projects across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts and communication plans to ensure all parties are informed and aligned
- Conduct impact assessments to identify the effects of changes and recommend mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and systems
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve change management practices
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, psychology, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related area
- Understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with change management tools and software
- Certifications such as Prosci or similar will be considered an asset
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
