Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Change Analyst to join our dynamic Change Management team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Support the Change Management team in executing change initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant data
- Assist in the development of change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement
- Document and track change requests, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of change initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change processes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in change management, project management, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Certification in Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PROSCI, PMP) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of process mapping and documentation techniques
- Understanding of organizational change principles
