Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Analyst to join our dynamic team, responsible for driving the successful adoption of change initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and change management expertise to assess impacts, develop strategies, and support stakeholders through transitions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify the effects of new processes, systems, and organizational changes on stakeholders
- Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and communication frameworks to facilitate smooth transitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address resistance to change while fostering engagement
- Design and execute training programs to ensure stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills and information
- Monitor and report on change initiatives' progress, utilizing metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption
- Continuously refine change management methodologies and tools based on feedback and best practices
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles
- Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proficient in stakeholder analysis and communication strategies
Preferred:
- Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) or related disciplines
- Experience with project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to analyze change metrics
- Experience with communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) to facilitate remote engagement
