Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and operational execution for the prosthetics and orthotics department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and patient needs.

- Foster a culture of research and innovation by promoting clinical trials and the integration of emerging technologies in prosthetics and orthotics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the field of prosthetics and orthotics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance within the healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of the latest technological advancements and their application in prosthetics and orthotics.
- Proven track record of successful program development and project management.
Preferred:
- Board Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
- Experience in academic and clinical research settings.
- Familiarity with telehealth solutions and remote patient management technologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Extensive knowledge of CAD/CAM technologies as they apply to prosthetics and orthotics design.
- Experience with patient management software and electronic health records (EHR).
