Role Overview
We are looking for a Certified Indoor Environmentalist to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of indoor air quality, moisture levels, and other environmental factors to identify potential health hazards

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility managers to ensure that design and operational practices align with environmental standards

- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to indoor environmental quality
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and management, summarizing findings and recommendations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) certification
- 3+ years of experience in environmental science, indoor air quality, or a related field
- Strong understanding of indoor environmental regulations and guidelines
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
Preferred:
- Experience with building science principles and sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with indoor air quality monitoring equipment and analysis software
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in environmental assessment methodologies and technologies
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software for environmental metrics
- Strong familiarity with LEED, ASHRAE, and other relevant standards
