Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Children, Youth, and Family Social Services to lead and enhance our programs focused on supporting vulnerable populations. Responsibilities

- Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality services, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with community partners, governmental agencies, and stakeholders to advocate for policies and resources that support families in need.
- Analyze program effectiveness using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Manage program budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring financial sustainability while maximizing the impact of services provided.
- Engage with families and communities to gather feedback, fostering trust and cultural relevance in service delivery.
- Conduct presentations and represent the organization at community meetings, conferences, and professional forums.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in social services, specifically within programs for children and families.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing community-based programs and services.
- Strong understanding of child welfare regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with grant writing and fundraising initiatives.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess program performance.
- Certification in leadership or program management.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
