Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cardroom Manager to oversee all operations within our cardroom. This role is critical for ensuring a high-quality gaming experience and maintaining compliance with gaming regulations and company policies. You will lead a dedicated team, drive operational excellence, and create an engaging atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cardroom, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to foster a high-performing team
- Implement and enforce gaming policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and execute promotional events and tournaments to attract and retain players
- Monitor cardroom revenue and expenses, providing regular reports and insights to upper management
- Resolve customer complaints and conflicts in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience within the facility
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in cardroom management or a related role within the gaming industry
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and operational best practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

- Experience in developing and implementing successful promotional strategies for gaming
