Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a cardroom or similar gaming environment.
- Strong understanding of card games and gaming regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

Preferred:
