Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Blackjack Supervisor to oversee the gaming operations within our casino environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high-quality gaming experience for our guests while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. As a Blackjack Supervisor, you will lead a team of dealers, manage game flow, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the blackjack tables, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate dealers to enhance their performance and provide a high standard of customer service.
- Monitor gameplay for fairness, compliance, and adherence to house rules, addressing any disputes or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of game activity, payouts, and any incidents occurring at the table.
- Manage cash handling processes, including chip inventory, payouts, and maintaining the integrity of the gaming operations.
- Foster a positive gaming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a blackjack dealer or in a supervisory role within a casino environment.
- Strong understanding of blackjack rules, procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Preferred:
- Experience with additional table games and knowledge of various gaming operations.
- Certification or training in gaming management or hospitality.
- Proficiency in casino management software systems.
