Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Casino Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the casino floor at [$COMPANY_NAME]. This role is critical in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining gaming regulations, and leading a team of gaming personnel to provide an exceptional gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of casino staff, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- Monitor gaming operations to ensure adherence to rules, procedures, and standards
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer service
- Conduct regular inspections of the gaming floor to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices, gaming procedures, and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports on gaming operations and staff performance, providing insights to management for continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a casino environment, with a strong understanding of gaming operations
- Proven leadership experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and staff effectively
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with gaming software and systems
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
