Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Gambling Supervisor to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Provide exemplary customer service by addressing player inquiries and resolving disputes efficiently
- Support senior supervisors in training and mentoring team members on operational procedures
- Document and report on gaming incidents, player issues, and compliance breaches
- Participate in regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of gaming integrity
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a gaming or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the gambling industry
- Familiarity with gaming software and technology
- Knowledge of various gambling games and their rules
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with gaming management systems and player tracking software
