Role Overview
We are seeking a Poker Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team in optimizing the operational efficiency of our poker offerings. This role requires strategic vision and operational expertise to enhance the overall player experience while maximizing profitability. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily poker operations, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance player engagement and retention through innovative programming and promotions
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving actionable insights to enhance poker room performance
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan and execute successful poker tournaments and promotions
- Manage staffing levels and team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities for staff members
- Act as the primary point of contact for players, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in poker operations management or a similar role within the gaming industry
- Strong understanding of poker game rules, player behavior, and market trends
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
Preferred:
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational decisions
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in event planning and execution for poker tournaments
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
