Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a poker room or casino environment
- Strong understanding of poker rules, strategies, and game variations
- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Preferred:
- Previous experience with poker room operations, including cash handling and game management
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software and gaming systems
