Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Cafe Manager to oversee multiple locations and lead our commitment to exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team culture, and ensure the successful execution of our brand standards across all cafes in your region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cafe managers and staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Implement operational strategies that enhance customer experience while optimizing efficiency and profitability
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor, and cost controls, while developing action plans to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase brand visibility in your region
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of management experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on multi-unit operations
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and experience managing budgets
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
- Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis
- Experience with scheduling and labor management software
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
