Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to oversee our Cable Services installation operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient installations, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage the installation process for cable services, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of installation technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Optimize installation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues related to installations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in installation management or a related field, with a focus on cable services
- Proven track record of managing installation teams and driving operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of cable installation processes and equipment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
