Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Branch Office Administrator to support our branch operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Support the onboarding process for new staff by preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials

- Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and enhance overall service delivery
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in an office environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
