Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Medical Director specializing in Family Medicine to lead our clinical initiatives and drive strategic improvements in patient care. This role requires a deep understanding of family medicine practices, innovative medical leadership, and a commitment to enhancing healthcare outcomes through evidence-based methodologies.
Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:
- Oversee the clinical operations of family medicine practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols in line with best practices and regulatory standards
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and professional development among clinical staff
Strategic Initiatives:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of family medicine services
- Identify opportunities for innovation in patient care delivery and lead initiatives to enhance service efficiency
- Analyze clinical performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external healthcare partners and internal teams

- Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients to promote engagement and satisfaction
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Medicine
- 5+ years of clinical experience in family medicine, including leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives in clinical settings
Preferred:
- Experience with telemedicine and remote patient care models
- Familiarity with value-based care models and population health management
- Previous experience in a medical director or similar leadership position
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis tools for clinical performance metrics
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
