Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Bar Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our innovative bar team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff in service techniques, cocktail preparation, and health and safety practices
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to create and implement seasonal beverage menus and promotions that align with the brand's identity
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible environment
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a bar management or supervisory role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team and create an inclusive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred:
- Cocktail creation experience with a passion for mixology and beverage trends
- Experience managing inventory and controlling costs
- Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and bar management software
- Understanding of inventory management practices and cost control measures
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
