Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Liquor Store Manager to oversee multiple store locations and drive operational excellence across the region. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive retail management experience to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, optimize sales performance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple liquor store locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance and customer service
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive foot traffic and boost sales
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for product procurement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to liquor sales
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
