Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative VP of Food and Beverage to lead our culinary vision and operational execution across the organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive food and beverage strategy aligned with the company's vision and brand identity
- Lead the culinary team in creating unique and memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations
- Oversee menu development, pricing strategies, and vendor relationships to ensure quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
- Implement best practices in food safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency across all food and beverage outlets
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the food and beverage teams
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful culinary concepts that drive guest engagement and revenue
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost control
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-unit operations and managing large-scale events or catering services
- Advanced culinary degree or certifications in food and beverage management
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with suppliers and vendors
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of food and beverage trends, culinary techniques, and sustainability practices
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS systems, and financial reporting tools
- Experience with menu engineering and cost analysis methodologies
