Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Strong understanding of safety standards and environmental regulations related to painting operations.
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance improvements.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced painting technologies such as waterborne paints and automated painting systems.
- Certifications in paint technology or related fields.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
