Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Solid understanding of analytical chemistry principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred:
- Experience with method development and validation for drug products.
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in the use of HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and other analytical techniques.
- Experience with data analysis software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools for method validation.
