Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee our state-of-the-art laboratory operations. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology) with a minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience, including supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory management, including quality assurance and compliance.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or higher in a scientific field.
- Experience with advanced laboratory techniques and technologies, such as automation and data analysis software.
- Proven track record in leading successful research projects from conception to publication.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience with equipment validation and maintenance procedures.
