Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Aircraft Line Assembler to join our dynamic assembly team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly of aircraft components and structures, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and contributing to the production of high-quality, reliable aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly of aircraft parts and components following detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform quality checks on assembled parts to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with senior assemblers and engineers to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge of aircraft assembly processes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment.
