Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Junior Agronomist to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. - Collaborate with farm operators and agronomy teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Stay updated on advancements in agronomy and agricultural technologies to bring fresh insights to the team
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Soil Science, or related field
- Familiarity with agricultural practices and principles, as well as a strong interest in sustainable agriculture
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect and evaluate data
Preferred:
- Internship or practical experience in agronomy or agriculture-related fields
- Basic knowledge of data analysis software and agricultural modeling tools
- Understanding of soil science and plant physiology
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data collection tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with GIS and remote sensing technologies is a plus
