Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Agronomy Technician to oversee the implementation of advanced agronomic practices and technology solutions across our agricultural operations. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in agronomy or related agricultural sciences, with a proven track record in crop management.
- Strong knowledge of soil science, plant physiology, and crop production techniques.
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies, including GPS, remote sensing, and data management tools.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and project initiatives.
- Familiarity with agricultural regulatory compliance and sustainability practices.
