Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to fulfill the role of Rear Admiral (Lower Half). This position is pivotal in shaping operational strategies, overseeing fleet readiness, and ensuring adherence to national defense objectives. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 20 years of commissioned service in the U.S. Navy or equivalent military service.
- Proven record of leadership in operational command positions.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex military scenarios.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in joint operations and multinational exercises.
- Advanced degree in national security, military strategy, or a related field.
- Recognized contributions to naval strategy and policy development.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of naval warfare principles and operational planning processes.
- Familiarity with advanced naval systems and technologies, including C4ISR and weaponry.
- Experience with risk management frameworks and operational assessments.
