We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Accounting to lead our accounting team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- CPA certification or equivalent professional designation
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Preferred:
- Experience in a public accounting firm or in an industry with complex financial structures
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for financial analysis and reporting
