Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective accounting policies and procedures
Preferred:
- Experience in a publicly traded company or large corporate environment
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying financial opportunities
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills
