Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process
- Maintain and develop accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
Preferred:
- CPA certification or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Familiarity with tax compliance and regulations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
