The Emerging Talent Program Manager will lead and innovate Zillow’s internship program, create a seamless intern journey, and partner with Learning & Development and business leaders to integrate professional and skills development. The role requires a strategic and people-centered program builder with experience leading impactful internship or early-career programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, early-career talent, learning and development, or people experience roles
- Proven success designing, launching, or scaling internship and early-career programs with measurable results
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort using data, feedback, and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Experience working in hybrid or distributed environments
