You will shape product and technology strategies that balance business goals, customer experience, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership skills with the ability to develop others and build trust
• Empowering leadership style that enables rather than micromanages
• Leadership experience in managing an engineering team (ideally in a cross-functional context)
• Strong hands-on technical background in modern web technologies (TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind)
• "You build it, you run it" mindset and experience in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining a web application
• Experience in e-commerce environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in dynamic settings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
