- Calendar Email Management: Coordinate complex calendars, manage inboxes, schedule meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Travel Meeting Logistics: Organize travel arrangements and itineraries; prepare agendas and materials for meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Event Planning Coordination: Organize internal and external events, conferences, and executive offsites.
- Market Insights Founder Support: Track industry trends, and surface relevant news and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Document Expense Management: Draft and manage reports, presentations, quotes, and agreements; assist with expense tracking and reporting.
- Project Operational Support: Contribute to special projects, and improve internal processes.
🟣 Skills you need
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: At least 4 years in executive assistant or related roles, supporting C-level executives.
- Education: Degree in business administration, HR, communications, or a related field.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Canva, Design Presentation.
- Mindset Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, with strong integrity and confidentiality.
- Language Requirements: Mandatory Fluent in English (C1 level), confident in written and verbal client communication - the entire recruitment process will be in English. Native in Spanish.
