Yokly is looking for an HR Recruiter to help build a remote-first, values-led company by connecting exceptional Filipino talent to life-changing global opportunities. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, headhunting, and talent acquisition for Yokly's business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in outsourcing, BPO, or remote staffing
- Proven head-hunting skills and comfort engaging passive talent via LinkedIn and digital communities
- Familiarity with ATS systems and major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.)
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach
- High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling candidate data
