Xsolla is a global commerce company that helps developers solve challenges in the video game industry. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their Revenue & Partnerships team, who will own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts across the UK and European region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, gaming monetization, or a closely related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a full sales cycle
- Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and the mobile gaming ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills — comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and standard sales tooling
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) strongly preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, UK; eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
