A SAFE Epic Manager, also known as an Epic Owner, is responsible for defining, managing, and driving the execution of large, cross-cutting initiatives (Epics) within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing projects in IT related network architecture, engineering, or operations
- Familiarity with Zscaler, Cisco, Fortinet, Azure, AWS, and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and compliance standards
- Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
