Become Our New Customer Support Engineer!

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be assisting our customers with their issues related to Imagify and answering their images related questions.

Imagify Image Optimizer subscription service which improves loading time of websites by reducing image sizes.
Our users have already optimized more than 13 Billions images.

You will join our Support team, we work remotely, and our support teammates live all around the World

We are so curious to know which new country will be added to our distributed team map! 🌍

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting and solving technical issues in our ticketing system,
  • Writing documentation,
  • Finding and reporting bugs,
  • Providing friendly and professional customer support.

Requirements

  • Good English writing and speaking skills
  • Good communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • You love problem-solving, troubleshooting, and learning concepts
  • You have deep knowledge and experience with WordPress
  • Good understanding of PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. If you know how to write in any of those programming languages, that's even better!
  • Good knowledge of website speed optimization practices is a plus!
  • You can relate and empathize with the experiences of non-technical users
  • You’re self-motivated and love contributing and collaborating with a team
  • You can see the big picture while having an eye for details
