World Vision is seeking a Psychologist to provide technical support to the implementation of psychosocial support activities. The Psychologist will lead the PSS activities at camp and host community, conduct individual sessions with clients, and work closely with other teams to address best practices and information sharing.
Requirements
- Master degree in Clinical Psychology/ Counselling Psychology/ Psychology with relevant professional training
- Clear Understanding on PSS, MHPSS, PM+
- Knowledge on Humanitarian Response
- Good conceptual and practical skill to write reports, project concept paper and design documents of the project
- Good knowledge and skills on project management
- Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools
- Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs
- Experience to lead/coordinate Consortium projects
- Deep knowledge in Structured PSS, disability inclusion, GBV/protection and Wash sector
- Experience in preparing DIP, ITT, Monitoring plan, procurement plan, Cash flow etc.
- Decision making and conflict resolution skills
- Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
