The Role

Our next CEO will set the company's vision, strategy, and performance expectations while remaining actively engaged in day‑to‑day operations. This includes leading financial planning, P&L management, and cash flow oversight; driving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement; and supporting sales strategy and key customer relationships. This is not a corner‑office role — we expect our CEO to be a visible, approachable presence on the production floor and willing to work alongside the team when it matters.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings executive or senior leadership experience in manufacturing, a strong financial background, and a proven ability to improve operations and drive growth. They lead with clarity and humility — setting measurable goals, developing talent at every level, and making timely, confident decisions that balance the needs of employees, customers, and owners alike.

We’re looking for a communicator who builds trust at every level of the organization — equally comfortable presenting to a board, negotiating with a banking partner, or having a candid conversation on the production floor. They translate complexity into clear direction and rally people around a shared purpose.
