WNS (Holdings) Limited is a leading Business Process Management (BPM) company seeking a General Ledger R2R - US Shift ( 05:30 PM - 02:30 AM ) - Lead Associate - Operations for their Mumbai location.

Requirements

• Experienced in accruals, prepaid accounting, journal entry analysis, and intercompany accounting.
• Perform intercompany accounting including posting, reconciliation, confirmation, and settlement of balances.
• Prepare and review intercompany reconciliations and investigate variances between entities.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, and FP&A teams for transaction-level clarifications and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle IC mismatch resolution by liaising with onshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, IFRS/GAAP, and internal controls.
• Support intercompany netting runs and process settlements through treasury or payment platforms.
