- Processing purchase advice received on daily basis with 100% accuracy.
- Identifying discrepancy between servicing data wrt closing documents.
- Working with Post Closing team to resolve any discrepancy Identified.
- Performing various reconciliation on sub servicer reports
- Analyzing variance on sale price and identify invalid pricing hit
- Hands on experience in MS Excel is must.
- Experience with reviewing closing docs will be an advantage.
- Meeting SLAs with 100% quality to provide best customer experience during service transfer of loans.
