United States onlyThe Swing Router role is a remote position that requires flexibility within operation hours of 2am -7pm MTN. The role involves cross-training in all lines of business within the Dispatch Center, with a focus on routing and dispatching experience. Strong communication and computer skills are preferred, as well as the ability to analyze and adapt to situations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited)
- Minimum two (2) years of previous routing/dispatching experience (in addition to education requirements)
- Additional or specialized training in transportation, logistics, or similar area of study
- Customer service experience in a call-center environment preferred
