Configures and deploys complex software solutions, provides end-user computing support, and resolves hardware and software issues through expert diagnostics. Travel will be required to support end users and IT equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar area of study
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years of prior work experience in addition to education requirement
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles, experience using ServiceNow and Microsoft Office applications
