We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and provide dedicated support to our Corporate Customer Experience (Customer Service) organization. The HR advisor will champion, demonstrate and uphold WM Commitments & Values to foster an environment of trust, and employee engagement for a diverse workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of related work experience (in addition to education requirement)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
