As the Community Programs Manager, you'll oversee the execution, operations, and day-to-day management of Base44’s community programs, including the Ambassador and Partner Programs. You'll ensure these programs run smoothly, grow sustainably, and deliver value to participants and Base44. This is a hands-on role with a growth path into a broader leadership position.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Manage the daily operations and long-term health of community programs like the Ambassador and Partner programs
- Continuously enhance program workflows, incentives, and communication systems to scale effectively
- Act as the main point of contact for ambassadors, aiding their success and maintaining strong participation
- Build and nurture partnerships with aligned communities and ecosystem partners through collaborations and events
- Design, test, and launch new community initiatives based on participant feedback and program insights
- Gather feedback and track key metrics to evolve and improve program performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing programs, communities, or operational workflows
- Experience with ambassador, partner, or creator programs
- Proven ability to coordinate events, collaborations, or community initiatives
- Familiarity with Discord, online communities, or builder ecosystems
- Interest in AI-native tools, builders, or developer-adjacent products
- Experience with no-code or AI-native tools – a strong plus

Expected base compensation salary range $120,000-$140,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
