Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening & Shortlisting
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates for active job openings, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
- Candidate Outreach & Pipeline Management
- Conduct outbound candidate outreach, primarily via LinkedIn.
- Manage candidate pipelines, including sending materials and re-engaging prospects.
- Administrative & System Management
- Update and maintain ATS/CRM systems (primarily Zoho).
- Handle emails, texts, and support general administrative and research tasks.
Required Tools & Skills
- ATS/CRM: Zoho
- Outreach & Sourcing: LinkedIn, job boards (access may be provided)
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow automation
- Strong English communication skill.
