You'll be assigned to either the Qualifier or Matcher track based on your skills assessment and preferences during the interview process. Both tracks offer clear growth trajectories and the opportunity to build expertise in recruitment excellence within our established platform.
Primary Goal
Qualifier Track: Conduct systematic candidate assessments to identify qualified EAs for client placements through structured evaluation processes and consistent quality standards.
Matcher Track: Coordinate client-candidate matching processes to convert qualified EAs into successful placements through strategic coordination and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifier Track - High-Volume Candidate Assessment
Process Development & Implementation
- Execute 16 structured candidate interviews daily using established evaluation criteria
- Apply consistent assessment rubrics across communication skills, technical abilities, and cultural fit
- Maintain detailed documentation within 5-minute windows per candidate
- Achieve 15-25% candidate advancement rates while maintaining 90%+ accuracy
Live Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct 15-minute candidate interviews followed by immediate documentation
- Evaluate English proficiency, technical competencies, and professional readiness
- Provide clear pass/fail recommendations with supporting rationale
- Deliver professional feedback to candidates regarding assessment outcomes
Performance Analysis & Quality Control
- Track daily interview completion rates (95%+ target achievement)
- Monitor assessment accuracy through validation against final placement outcomes
- Identify patterns in candidate qualifications and market trends
- Maintain consistent evaluation standards across all assessments
Process Optimization
- Follow established protocols for candidate screening and documentation
- Adapt to evolving client requirements and assessment criteria changes
- Contribute feedback for process improvements based on market insights
- Support training initiatives for assessment methodology refinement
Matcher Track - Client-Candidate Coordination
Deal Processing & Management
- Receive and process 3-5 new client placement requests daily
- Conduct strategic matching interviews from qualified EA candidate pools
- Analyze client requirements against candidate profiles for optimal alignment
- Manage active pipeline of 15-25 deals weekly with systematic follow-through
Coordination & Scheduling Excellence
- Coordinate intro calls between clients and matched candidates (8-15 daily)
- Handle complex scheduling logistics including confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Ensure 85%+ candidate attendance rates through proactive communication
- Manage client expectations and communication throughout matching process
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain <1 hour response times during business hours for client communications
- Provide regular updates on match progress and candidate pipeline status
- Address client concerns and adapt matching strategies based on feedback
- Support smooth onboarding processes for successful placements
Process Coordination & Optimization
- Track match progress from initial deal through successful placement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate preparation
- Maintain organized records of all client interactions and match outcomes
- Identify process improvements for enhanced coordination efficiency
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 0 - 1 year of recruitment experience, with emphasis on high-volume/BPO hiring
- Proven track record in candidate profiling and matching
- Near-native English proficiency with excellent grammar and pronunciation
- Bachelor's degree in any field
