Responsibilities

- Gather quote intake information using provided scripts.
- Send out welcome emails and texts to new clients.
- Utilize company tools and templates for effective communication.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Positive personality with an energetic and helpful attitude.
- Proficient in using internal phone systems and email communication.
