About Windfall
We founded Windfall in 2016 with a clear mission: to revolutionize how organizations perceive and utilize people data. Our founders, long-time developers of data products, recognized the pervasive inaccuracies in legacy consumer and people data, which often relied on misleading sources and infrequent updates. We knew there was a better way. From day one, our DNA has been rooted in data science, with a commitment to not only providing timely and accurate information but also democratizing access to powerful AI solutions. Our vision is to empower every organization with the access, workflows, and insights they need to thrive in a data-driven world. We are passionate about helping our partners make critical strategic decisions by placing their data into a contextual framework using our proprietary dataset.
Our journey has been one of rapid growth and innovation. By 2019, after experiencing 500% growth in our first three years, we secured our seed round of funding. This allowed us to further build out our consumer financial data asset and expand our market reach. In 2021, we raised our Series A and expanded our dataset to encompass all individuals in the U.S., a significant step in our goal to determine the net worth of everyone on the planet. By 2023, we had launched a new SaaS application, greatly expanding our capabilities for both commercial and nonprofit industries and serving over 800 customers. We are proud of the trust our customers place in us, with many signing multi-year contracts, a testament to the value and accuracy of our platform. Our growth is powered by our core values: being excellent communicators, operating with transparency, providing leverage, making a difference every day, and acting with integrity and trust. We are more than just a data company; we are a team of passionate individuals dedicated to helping organizations unlock their full potential through the power of people intelligence.
