Since 1971, we have been committed to the care and health of our community in Wilmington as well as all of Southeastern North Carolina. We are structured as a multi-specialty clinic with primary care providers integrated into the system. In this way, we provide a comprehensive, coordinated, and collaborative approach to healthcare, using evidence-based medicine to achieve the highest quality care possible to the patients we serve.

Our team consists of primary care providers and a wide range of specialists, all of whom strive to provide patients with TRUE Care. We are physician-owned and the largest independent practice in Southeastern North Carolina. We believe in meeting the patient where they are, which is why we have developed innovative solutions like our Accountable Care Organization and our clinically integrated research network, Innovo Research.
