What to do:- Develop, test, and improve AI models for the AuditMaster product.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design innovative compliance solutions.- Maintain consistency and deliver work aligned with project milestones and deadlines.- Engage in continuous iteration and enhancement of the product post-launch.- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
You have:- Strong expertise in AI development (ML models, NLP, or similar).- Based in Czech Republic- To be graduated from TOP Universities (preferred: CVUT, Charles University, Technical University Brno, VSE).- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and a passion for creating impactful solutions.- Comfortable with flexible working hours, ensuring consistent delivery.- Experience with compliance solutions or similar AI-based applications.- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.- Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML libraries.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Good Python knowledge- Experience with Openai and similar LLM models- Knowledge of basic statistics such as accuracy, precision and recall- Knowledge of text embedding models- Capable of writing production ready OOP code with unit tests- Experience with multiprocessing and async programming (at least some)- Exposure to AI libraries such as Langchain, Pandas- Knowledge of extraction of text from unstructured documents (word, pdf, rtf, etc..)- Researcher mindset (experimenting and testing new hypotheses to improve system performance)
As a plus: - knows traditional ML such as regression and classification algorithms- knows how to work with vector databases- has experience with AWS services- experience with noSQL databases
