401(k) Plan
West offers a 401(k) plan with a company match of 100% of the first 3% of your contribution, plus 50% of the next 2%, with immediate vesting. Team members are immediately eligible and auto enrolled into the 401(k) plan upon hire. In addition, the company will make an annual non-elective employer contribution (NEC) equal to 3% of your eligible earnings.
