About WEP
Founded in 1988, World Education Program (WEP) was born from the shared passion of three friends in Belgium: discovering the world and bridging the gap between different cultures. Today, WEP is an international organization that offers young people the opportunity to embark on educational experiences around the world, including high school exchanges, language courses, volunteer programs, and internships.
At the heart of what we do is a culture of openness, respecting others, and accepting differences. We believe that living in another culture challenges our own beliefs and principles, fostering personal growth and intercultural understanding. Our mission is to provide world citizens with quality international experiences that broaden horizons and build banners against hate through the personal ties we weave across borders. With over 35 years of experience and a presence in over 60 countries, WEP continues to evolve, driven by the needs and desires of new generations who are ever more global and inquisitive.
